Hope Valletta, M.Sc., RP, NB, AuDHD Gestalt Psychotherapist and Supervisor
In this session we will dive into the dynamics of neurodivergent and neurotypical relationships through the lens of Relational Gestalt Therapy. Using the unique framework that Gestalt provides, we’ll explore how to truly meet one another in the complexity of a neurodivergent field.
Together, we will examine:
– Common misunderstandings in mixed-neurotype relationships
– The importance of timing and pacing in communication
– How trauma can emerge in relational dynamics
– Couples work, based on the model from Margherita Spagnuolo-Lobb
– Gender explorations and rediscovering intimacy
type (workshop/ popup/ process)
This workshop is ideal for those interested in learning how to navigate relational fields with sensitivity to neurodiversity and to create more meaningful connections within couples, families, and social constellations.
