Abstract
I would like to share with you some major steps for high anxious patients with obsessional thoughts based on therapeutical facts :
Experiencing the here and now as a unified experience when words are mostly expressed without a unified emotional sense.
Dealing with the unknown field of inner choice through a progressive awareness of a functional response-ability that helps to counterbalance interrogations and accusations of others.
Developing the connection with organismic needs as an attractive unknown field , where sensorimotor well being can become essential to recuperate a unified present .
