SUMMARY:Just another human being-The metapmorphosis of the psychotherapist
DESCRIPTION:Radmila Zivanovic \nSkopje\, North Macedonia \nAbstract\nIn this session of exploration\, I will invite you into exploration of the lived and still alive experience of being psychotherapist while being just an another human being. We are going to explore the ongoing change and development but also the moments of stagnation\, withdrawal and giving up. Holding to the humanity and giving back the extraordinarity of the role\, still keeping the uniquness and the tendency to construct and decosntruct\, to build and destroy. All this moments are complex interplay of the capacities and sensitivity of the psychotherapist\, specificity of the field\, the context\, developmental and life-specific issues\, the things we aspire to\, the weaknesses/biases that we are aware of and the meaning we give to life. We all part of our special transformational journey that very often we do not pay attention\, we do not share it\, we take it for granted\, we forget to embrace it and celebrate it. This session\, is one of those oportunities to create of what we have experienced and discovered\, a self-nurturing and self-reflective experience of the role we invest most of our grown up lives. \nPresenter Bio \nRadmila Zivanovic is licenced psycholosgist\, EAGT psychotherapist\, trainer and supervisor. I work in my private practice in Republic of North Macedonia for 10 years now. At the same time I feel I am more than the limits and can be less than the opportunities. I am very curious\, creative\, active and funny. Like to move out very often from the professional rutine by enhansing the contact with what is more human\, imperfect and grounded aspect of my therapeutic role. I consider myself as a psychotherapist and not only gestalt psychotherapist.\nhttps://gestaltinstitutesinergija.mk/team/radmila-zivanovic/ \ntype (workshop/ popup/ process) \nProcess group- part 1 \nlanguage \nEnglish

SUMMARY:“La alegría consciente” Clowngestalt
SUMMARY:The fascinating playground of alive human social systems for Gestalt intervening in organisations
DESCRIPTION:Jochen Lohmeier \nAbstract\nDrawing from my international working experience in societal development\, my session offers a unique blend of Gestalt and human social systems theory. We all know: our here & now environments influence our multiple perceptions\, they impact our emotionally based decisions. We are different as professionals\, compared to playing with children or friends\, or to having sex. Social and societal systems have their own dynamics that influence organizations. What we often do not know is how to address the complexity of the systems which we attach to and consult with. We will look at widespread\, dearly held\, but false assumptions regarding OD consulting\, at different types of human social systems and respective intervention strategies\, and at serious & humble OD consulting strategies from the edge of system boundaries. The session has a range of explorative experiences and gets the more exciting the more diversity we have among participants. \nPresenter Bio \nHaving started off with a PhD in Economics (1981)\, I now bring over 50 years of experience in teaching\, planning\, research\, leadership coaching\, and organizational development\, with approaches of Gestalt psychology and emotional intelligence. My Gestalt certifications are in supervision and coaching from the Gestalt Education Institute in Berlin (1995)\, the Cleveland Gestalt Institute in organisation development (1997)\, and the Gestalt International Study Centre (2003-9). I managed 2 consulting firms (1990 till today)\, and consulted to over 40 development projects in more than 25 countries\, especially in Sub-Saharan Africa. As an executive and as freelance consultant\, my expertise spans strategic planning\, organizational analysis\, team development\, and conflict resolution. Since Corona\, I have been slowly transitioning toward retirement\, and offer “grand-parenting” to younger generations of colleagues.

SUMMARY:Being Present 2
DESCRIPTION:Tine Van Wijk \nAmsterdam\, Netherlands \nAbstract\nPresence is not Charisma. Charisma is a figure competing with another figure\, while Presence is ground\, asking to be written on’ Joseph Zinker in Sketches In this workshop we experience being in the now by listening to the silence\, to our inner voices and to spoken words . We will focus on how we feel\, on what we are aware of\, and how it is to be part of this group. The moment a group comes together all kind of things happen in the undercurrent. The question is what will be expressed? What we think\, what we feel \, what we long for\, what we are afraid of what we find irritating? We will become aware by letting our hands write the words that want to be written. and share by focusing on how we feel and how we sound while reading our written words out loud. When we are present our breathing is deep\, full\, even. Our sense of time is slow and measured. Our bodily self is heavily grounded. SUMMARY:Everything\, Everywhere\, Every Moment
DESCRIPTION:Jennifer Bury \nAbstract\nLife is an ongoing shared adventure which gives us the opportunity to receive and respond to a shower of sensory information from moment to moment. This workshop focuses on fostering our kinesthesia through movement experiments designed to increase our awareness of how we co-create our experience. When we attend to the aesthetics of our experience we rediscover ourselves as vital beings\, engaged in an ongoing dialogue with others\, and as an integral part of a dynamic world. Just as our lived sensory experience guides us\, experiencing our own choices in contrast to the choices of others\, expands our repertoire of how to be with our clients\, with each other\, and how to respond as part of a dynamic world. In a time of discord and alienation\, the recognition of this ongoing dialogue offers a shift from feelings of isolation from each other and fear for ourselves and our planet\, to a sense of being an active participant\, caring for each other and our world \nPresenter Bio \nJennifer Bury is a movement therapist in private practice for 40 years\, based in San Francisco\, presenting workshops within the Gestalt community throughout the U.S.\, Europe\, and Asia. SUMMARY:Being Present
